For example, would you like to see at a glance which of your meals or foods are real vitamin bombs or where hidden sugar is lurking? No problem! In the Fddb app, you can display all measurable macro- and micronutrients for each day in descending order. This allows you to immediately identify which foods support your goals (e.g., fiber-rich snacks or iron-rich products) and which you should reduce (e.g., foods high in salt or sugar).
It's that easy:
- Open your dashboard.
- Tap “Details” on the right under the calendar bar.
- Select the “Macros” or “Micros” tab.
- Scroll to the “Entries with lots of...” section.
- If necessary, swipe left until your desired nutrient appears.
- Tap on the nutrient, e.g., “Sugar.”
You will then see a ranking of the foods you have eaten, sorted perfectly according to their content.
