The weekly report is a feature of the Premium Membership. It gives you your own personal evaluation of the calendar weeks in various diagrams and statistics with regard to:
- calories ingested
- calories burned from activity
- Water supply
- Macronutrients
- Micronutrients
You can see the values summed up over the entire week in the weekly report. It is evaluated how much of the elements you have consumed per weekday and week and whether you have met or exceeded the goals that you have set in your nutrient and calorie planner. Daily averages are also shown to you.
In the lower area you can find out which foods contain a particularly high number of calories or certain macros and micros. This allows you to quickly see whether you should swap certain foods or consume more. You can sort the foods you eat according to the highest protein content or most magnesium, for example.
