With the help of the nutrient planner, you can define target values for macro and micronutrients in the Fddb app. You can either have these values calculated automatically or enter them individually and manually.
Please go to "Account" (Android) or "More" (iOS) in the menu below and then to "Nutrient Planner". With the calculator symbol at the top right you can use your personal profile (age, gender, height) to calculate the recommendations of the German Nutrition Society. Alternatively, you can also enter the target values manually. The information for fat, carbohydrates and protein can be given in percent or grams, the rest in grams or milligrams or milliliters.
In the Android app, you can choose between a standard plan and weekly plans. The standard plan applies to all days of the week. With the weekly plans you can define different target values for each individual day of the week. This function is particularly popular with athletes who plan a different nutrient intake on training days than on non-training days.
The nutrient planner can only be used with a premium membership.
