The calorie planner is a function that is currently only available in the Android app and can only be used with a premium membership. It allows you to define a specific calorie intake for each individual day of the week. Please go to "Account" in the menu below and then to "Calorie Planner".
Here you can choose between a standard plan and weekly plans. The standard plan applies to all days of the week. With the weekly plans you can define different target values for each individual day of the week. This function is particularly popular with athletes who plan a different calorie intake on training days than on non-training days.
The standard plan applies to every day for which you have not created a weekly plan.
Information for iOS users:
In the iOS app you can also define a specific calorie intake in the nutrient planner at the top, this value then applies equally to all days of the week.
