The problem could be caused by one of the following:
In addition to the Samsung Health app, do you also use a Samsung Smartwatch or another Samsung fitness tracker? In this case, both the app and the watch or tracker transfer your steps to the Fddb app. We recommend to disable the smartphone's pedometer:
- Open the Samsung Health app and go to the "Steps" area.
- Under the diagram, tap on the connected device and select "Mobile phone" under "View your step count data".
- Press the three dots in the top right corner or press the menu button on your smartphone and then select "Stop pedometer".
- If necessary, reactivate the display of the steps for the other device (e.g. watch or bracelet).
