We have included the water tracker (also: water meter) in the app and integrated it directly on the dashboard so you can make sure you drink enough fluids throughout the day. You can use it to count the amount of water you have consumed and also all other drinks and / or foods that contain liquids.
To add a drunk amount of water just press the plus sign. If you want to remove water from the water tracker again press the minus sign. The amount of water that is displayed between the two characters is added or subtracted in each case.
If you press the specified amount between the plus and minus signs, the settings of the water tracker open. There you can set your personal daily goal, define the amount for the plus and minus signs and also choose whether solid foods with their water content should also be included in the calculation.
The water tracker is also displayed in the Apple Watch app. The amount of water you have absorbed is displayed there and you can - as described above - add or remove water using the plus and minus signs.
If you do not only consume pure water, but also calorie-containing drinks, you should record these in your diary. Soft drinks, in particular, can be high in calories.
