In the diet report, various data about your body are presented to you graphically and also in the form of a list in the
- your weight,
- percentage of body fat,
- water content in %,
- Hip circumference in cm and
- Waist circumference in cm.
In the graphic in the upper area you can switch between these values in different tabs.
Your last entered weight is displayed in the area directly below the graphic. There you will also find the bar that shows you the progress on the way to your target weight.
The history of your values (depending on the selected tab your weight history, your body fat percentage, your water percentage, your hip or waist circumference) is listed in the lower area.
If you want to make a new entry, simply press the blue + sign, enter your desired value and select the appropriate date.
If you want to change the time period to be displayed, please go to the gear icon in the top right (Android) or the icon with the 3 sliders next to the plus in the top right (iOS). There you can also save your goal (lose weight, maintain weight, gain weight) and your target weight.
From December 2022, the diet report has a new place in the iOS app. You can now find it in the "More" menu item at the bottom right of the navigation bar.
