If you have subscribed to Fddb Premium as an in-app purchase, the subscription will be processed via your Google Play or iTunes account.
Unfortunately, Fddb cannot cancel your subscription, because Google and Apple do not give us access to your subscription or payment data. Please also note that uninstalling the app or deleting your user account does not automatically cancel the subscription. You always have to cancel your subscription manually in Google Play or iTunes. This is how it works:
Android (Google Play)
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Tap on the Menu icon, then tap 'Subscriptions'.
- Find and select the Fddb subscription.
- Tap on 'Cancel subscription' and confirm your selection.
- The subscription will now expire as soon as possible.
- Usually, you will receive a confirmation of your cancellation via email. Please check your mailbox and, if necessary, your spam folder.

iOS (Apple iTunes)
- Open iTunes on your iPhone or iPad.
- Log into your iTunes account.
- Select the Fddb subscription you want to cancel.
- Turn off auto-renew.
- The subscription will now expire as soon as possible.
- Usually, you will receive a confirmation via email. Please check your mailbox and, if necessary, your spam folder.

Purchase through the website
If you booked Fddb Premium on our website and not in the app, you do not need to cancel. It will just run out. You don't have to do anything else.
