If you have purchased your Premium subscription via the Fddb website and the service provider Stripe (purchase via debit/credit card or direct debit), the subscription will be processed directly via Stripe.
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your subscription for you because Stripe does not give us access to your subscriptions or payment details.
Please also note that uninstalling the Fddb app or deleting your user account will not automatically cancel your subscription.
You must always cancel your subscription manually with Stripe. This is done as follows:
1. Go to the "My Fddb" tab on the Fddb website and click on "Account".
2. Click on the link "To the Stripe customer portal". You will leave the Fddb website and be redirected to the website of the payment provider Stripe.
3. Now select the desired subscription from the list on the Stripe website.
4. Click on "Cancel plan".
5. You will usually receive a confirmation by e-mail. Please check your mailbox and spam folder if necessary.
